If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days (from the delivery date). Due to the unique nature of our website, orders placed on Beauty Roulette will be eligible for store credit only. For all returns, a blank shipping label with our return address will be provided. Please note, this is not a pre-paid label. 

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a store credit will be issued. If you wish to inquire about your return please email [email protected]. We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return requests at any time based on policy or program abuse.

Please note, entry into the daily “Beauty Roulette” is only available in conjunction with a new purchase of product(s) using a credit or debit card only. Purchases made with store credit issued from a product return will not be entered into the giveaway.
