Return and Refund PolicyReturnsOur policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept your return or offer you a refund.All returns require a return authorization.

A Free Pre-Paid return shipping label will be provided for all orders damaged or lost in-transit. Tracking is provided on all orders and we do not refund any orders that the carrier shows as delivered on their tracking reports.For all other returns, ablank shipping label with our return address will be provided for customers returning for a refund. This is not a pre-paid label.Customers may not cancel their order after shipment because they did not win the contest or for buyer’s remorse.You may return your order upon receipt at your expense, subject to our return policies. If your item is damaged or lost in transit, contact us for a return authorization and we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label.Unless the item is damaged or lost in transit, to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on these policies. We do not offer exchanges. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.We do notrefund any shipping charges unless the item was damaged or lost in-transit.
